How to use:
Cut a piece of dental floss about 45 cm (18 inches) long.
Wrap the ends around your middle fingers, leaving about 2.5 cm (1 inch) of thread taut between them.
Gently insert the floss between your teeth using a zigzag motion. Avoid pushing too hard to avoid injuring your gums.
Curve the floss into a “C” shape around the side of each tooth, gently moving it up and down the side of the tooth and under the gum line.
